In our clinic we blend ancient therapeutic practices with current innovative modalities that are safe and effective. This combination affords the highest potential for restoring health. Our goal is to shorten healing time and optimize patient health.
We provide physical medicine, primary care, nutritional assessment and other complementary therapies. We use Applied Kinesiology as one of our diagnostic tools to assess our patients’ individual health status. Our holistic approach allows us to tailor treatment to the individual’s needs. In our clinic we have a network of health care practitioners to whom we refer, this integrative approch allows us to appreciate patients’ established connections with other healthcare practitioners and will work in conjunction with them.
Structural Therapies
Adjustments and Manual Techniques
The use of gentle and manual therapies to the spine, cranium, viscera and extremities. We incorporate the following techniques into our treatment: Diversified, Adjustor, BEST, Sacro Occipital Technique, Biodynamic and Upledger Cranial Sacral, Activator, Coupled Reduction and Visceral Manipulation.
Applied Kinesiology
Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a system that combines both chiropractic and naturopathic care. The International college of Applied Kinesiology describes Applied Kinesiology as a system that evaluates structural, chemical and mental aspects of health using manual muscle testing combined with other standard methods of diagnosis. AK, a non-invasive system of evaluating body function that is unique in the healing arts, has become a dynamic movement in health care in its relatively short existence. In conjunction with appropriate lab work, patient history and physical exam, AK uses muscle testing as a medium to determine problems with many different functions of the body.
Cold Laser Therapy
We use the latest cold laser technology to help with healing at the cellular level, resulting in decreased inflammation, scar tissue and pain and increased ATP and energy to the area. Our Zerona 6 laser is specifically used for fat loss. All of the lasers are FDA approved and are safe and effective. We use them fat lost, musculoskeletal conditions, fungal infection and concussion.
Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial Sacral Therapy works with the soft tissues and fluid that protect the brain and spinal cord. The doctor uses a light touch to create changes and optimal alignment of structures. This causes a subtle but profound release of tension in the neural structures relieving the body of pain, stress, and past trauma.
Fascial Therapy
The fascia is a netting-like material that envelops muscles and organs and holds our body together. Trauma and stress can create adhesions in the fascia resulting in pain, poor posture and unresolved muscle and joint dysfunction. We use an Erchonia percussor machine that produces a light vibrational force that restores normal function of the fascia
Trigger Point Injections
Homeopathic and Lidocaine injections to reduce or eliminate acute and chronic pain.
Naturopathic Assessment & Treatment
Nutritional Assessment and Counseling
General health, food allergies and sensitivities, weight loss, detoxification and other health related issues.
Lab Testing
General blood and urinalysis. We also provide functional blood testing, urinary and salivary testing for heavy metals, pollutants, hormones, allergies, gluten, MTHFR gene mutations. We do not have a draw site at our clinic, but refer to outside locations.
Natural Hormone Replacement therapy
Including Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy for women and men.
Detoxification Programs
Liver and colon detoxification using medical foods, dietary changes, herbs, supplements and use of the ion cleanse foot bath to eliminate heavy metals, toxins, yeast and other harmful substances.
Dispensary
We carry pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplements, herbs, vitamins and medical foods in our dispensary. Unlike most nutritional companies, our suppliers provide product assay tests that check for the authenticity of the herbs and nutrients as well as the presence of heavy metals, pollutants and harmful microorganisms.
